Zee Muzic in its current version form was launched in 2000 as a revamped version of Music Asia, Zee’s Original music offering which was launched 1997. The channel aims to give its viewers the best in the name of music, be its songs, music videos, interviews or other information and entertainment. Despite entering a highly competitive market, Zee Muzic has maintained a strong and growing position in the market.

A Hindi Music channel, ‘etc’ is dedicated to the entire family across all age groups and socio-economic strata. It is a music based channel with music comprising more than 98% of the programming content. Morning band is dedicated to diverse religious programs of various religions. Music shows are in three categories, Back to Back compilations of film and non film songs.
